Pedro Bicudo has an extensive Real Estate and Urban Law practice. For over a decade he has been advising allotment and real estate development companies, investment funds and other agents in the real-estate market on city planning, redefining urban areas and assessing large-scale urban-planning projects and enterprises, among others. Pedro’s litigation practice includes important public and popular civil suits involving the implementation of real-estate and industrial projects.
From 2007 to 2009 he participated in the Lab Studies on Urbanism, Architecture and Preservation at the School of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo, coordinated by Prof. Nestor Goulart Reis; the Lab led to the publication of several studies on urban dispersion.
