Natalie Sequerra has been practicing Corporate Law for over 20 years and heads the firm´s department.  She represents foreign and domestic clients in local and cross-border M&A transactions, including asset and stock transactions, joint ventures, consortia, corporate reorganizations, negotiation and resolution of corporate conflicts, regulatory matters before the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM) and a wide range of corporate and finance transactions.  She was a partner at one of the most traditional law firms in the country, where she worked for 21 years. Natalie has extensive experience representing domestic and international companies across a broad range of industries such as energy, construction, retail, logistic, mining and pharmaceutical.
